Rust pop-quiz: Voronoi color palette

#Rust pop-quiz: Voronoi.

I have a little Rust program that spits out a Voronoi-treemap that can be rendered on d3js.org. 

The problem is this code: the color schemes are hard-coded!?!? WHAT WAS I THINK'n???

Fix this, somehow, please.
