@ScammoonR has a technique to make money off market-movements. I'm not duplicating it exactly, but he told me some, and I listened.
And I made $372 for listening today.

Right after I lock in the profit by closing the short, I open a new one:
2x $AVAX SHORT @ $15.67-per
collateral 2000 $USDC
liquidation @ $23.34-per
My aim here is to close a leveraged position when I make 10% or more, then open a new one, bracketing the asset to earn income from price-movement.
