Yesterday, I made the following predictions:

"So, prediction: CBB, SDRL, and ENH will go down on 2016-10-05. Also, watch NTNX"

Prediction: CBB down

Actual: I was correct; stock went down 3%

Prediction: SDRL down

Actual: I was way-wrong, stock went up 3%

Prediction: ENH down

Actual: I was way-wrong, stock went up 4%

So, for the three stocks I predicted would have a price drop, I was only correct one out of three times for today. So, I have to dig deeper to be able to make more accurate and consistent predictions.

Today, I predict AA will go down in a sell-off as people take their profits.

Okay, a lot of interesting activity today in the top5s. Of course, CHK bounced back. Why? My thought is that people are buying a 'bargain,' regardless of the new on the underlying company to the contrary. I'm like: 'you know you're buying into a bad deal?' but the markets don't care, do they, so nor should I.

AAPL is up after being down yesterday, for the same reason (even though, these days – and for the past 11 years – buying into AAPL is not a bad thing). DB ... I can't believe this is up so high after being dragged through the news for being held to account by the US DOJ for a USD 14 BILLION penalty? I'm not interested in that ride, although it may be a 'fun' one (certainly a rocky one). And BAC, another solid top5s-er.

Oh, dear! Recently reported leader $WFC took a hit today! (not unexpected: yesterday's leader is oftentimes today's loser #patterns). In other news, Gold, everywhere did well, so leaders like $GDX and the wild-ride $NUGT swiftly rose on this wave. So, NUGT another one to watch for its predictable descent tomorrow or within the week. Mark my words.
