Rust pop-answer: ./pnl 1.1

#Rust pop-answer: introducing ./pnl 1.1!

With the new table-row format, I found 3 trades (in 198 trades)... !!! but I also saw that held-asset values dipped into deep negative values after many trades.

./pnl 1.1 fixes both issues, turning a $15k trade month into a $3k one. YAY!

The improvements focused in two areas:

1. the #Rust crypto-library that manages portfolio assets and trade executions 
2. ./pnl main now takes a debug-flag and passes it around as state to all functions.
