- modify ./lsd configuration so that it now also reports $stTIA exchange rate along with the other LSD token exchange rates from @stride_zone.

@thomas_wos points out that $stTIA-data are not part of the response JSON from the @stride_zone REST endpoint. I requested @stride_zone add the $stTIA LSD information to their API response data.
