$MLN sell-recommendation? Nonexistent. But: sell-pressure and a downward price-trend. SELL. Yes, it hurts to buy something and sell it right away, but it hurts more to keep something you don't like. 
BUY recommendation for $ETH strongly supported by rising price-trend (1-day and 1-week charts) and buy-pressure. BUY. 
SELL recommendation for $LINK is NOT supported by the charts. If anything, the rising price-trend and buy-pressure indicate a BUY recommendation, not a sell-one. Pass. 
BUY recommendation for $FIL is supported by the rising price-trend, but there is sell-pressure as well. um, ... eh? 
SELL recommendation for $ZRX, like $FIL, has a rising price trend by sell-pressure. I wish there was a clear accord of these signals. 
Day-after results of coin-conversion:
If I kept $MLN, I would have lost: $16.44
Converting $MLN to $ETH, instead, gained me: $10.96
Net gain from coin conversion: $27.40
Yeah. I'll take that. Thank you. 
Day-after results look like a roulette wheel, for goodness sake! Totally hit-or-miss on these recommendations. I just happened to hit well, but I'd like to minimize luck in these transactions.
