Closing a loan

As all borrow positions on @tranquil_fi are now net negative yield, I'm closing all of them.

As all my borrow positions are covered 100%+ by collateral of the same token (a.k.a.: δNeutral), this will not be a painful process at all.

Here're my starting positions. 

You see that my collateral completely covers my borrow positions of the same token. That makes borrowing safe, not risky.

The process is thus:

1. I withdraw collateral (up to 99% LTV)
2. I pay the borrow with that collateral, restoring LTV
3. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. 

We pay the borrow with collateral until all (net-negative) borrow positions are closed.
