HOWTO: rebalance minting positions on Kujira BLUE

How to rebalance a minting position, say: $wETH, on @TeamKujira BLUE.

1. You see that you're undercollateralized.  

2. You add collateral

2.a. My philosophy is to put 50% into my 'bag' for minting, and have 50% on the marketplace for BUIDL'n via arbitration. 

2.b. I mint new $USK. From @ScammoonR, I keep minting in the safe-zone, ... like 'safemoon'? 😈 but not, ... and keep this below 30%. 

3. You now have a well-balanced minting position.
