Rust pop-answer: pnl fees and commission correction

Rust pop-answer on correcting fees and commission amounts for ./pnl.

Most of the work went into the trades.rs library, then into the trade_state.rs-type, particularly around TradeState-initialization.

This made updating ./pnl straightforward.
